When Zakaia first invited me over to his place he was folding laundry and changing his bed sheets. First thing I thought of was YES! He does his own laundry (as he was still living with family). Now I know that might sound silly like why would she think of that right? But I come from a very ocd family well mother I should say. So growing up cleanliness really was a priority for me. Zakaia has an amazing mother that also raised him to clean up after himself. YES! I was blessed!

After an amazing year together we decided to move in to our own place together. And yes Zakaia completely fell in love with the idea of living in his own place and all of a sudden forgot he knew how to clean as some men might do. Hilarious I know. As the hype died down for him he started to help out around the house with the cleaning more and more every day. I was actually shocked he could almost clean better than me.

We had a house inspection coming up one time so we agreed to deep clean the whole house over the weekend together. And that’s where it all started. Who knew cleaning with your partner could be so fun? He was all into it you had to see it. We had the music on, we were dancing, we were singing, it was hilarious and so much fun. We started doing this every couple of weeks and the more we did it the more fun we had with it. So we thought and decided why not clean for the people that don’t find it fun or cannot make the time with life’s responsibilities, we want you to have fun and enjoy life while we also have fun.
